Lovements Processors and Subprocessors

Lovements is the data controller for the processing described in our Privacy Policy. To operate the Service we directly engage the processors and service providers listed below. A subprocessor would instead be a provider engaged by one of those processors. Each provider acts under the applicable contract and only to the extent needed to provide the Service. We update this list separately from the Privacy Policy when our infrastructure changes.

Apple and Google are not listed here because, for store-account and payment data they determine how to process under their own policies, they act as independent data controllers, not as our processors. Their commercial role as seller, Merchant of Record, agent, or marketplace service provider varies by storefront, territory, and platform terms and is described in the Privacy Policy.
